Your video spoke to me I agree with you to a point I do believe everyone is beautiful in different ways for instance I sing I think my voice is beautiful however I struggle with my appearance I feel that beautiful is subjective but it’s ok to feel beautiful like Christina Aguilera song “Beautiful” to me though beauty is more about the person like the heart and kindness are so beautiful but I feel physical beauty isn’t important so I agree with our outsell changes through time we lose the appeal at some point but the heart if a person is kind and gentle and loving is beautiful thing and it’s like flower on the outside is simply for visual but it can also symbolism of love and caring for someone or life and death, it can be more the beautiful it can be Unbreakble in the sense that the beauty is in the moments not the outsell. I am beautiful but not cause I am handsome cause I don’t know if I am handsome you know I know I have beautiful heart and that is much more beautiful. But I have had times where I felt ugly or not good enough so not every moment do I feel beautiful. Another example is my mom she has BDD (body disnorphic disorder) she feels she is ugly all the time she on the outside and in inside is beautiful she is 60 and looks 35 I mean she beautiful but she struggles with that but she would give her shirt off her back and is one of the most kind people I have met. Her pain also adds to the beauty because it’s what humbles her

I guess you were only supposed to leave the corners attached in case you chose to glue them. Since you chose to tie the edges you don't need to glue. That's what I understood from the instructions anyway :)

I don't belive I've experied the Herxheimer Reaction. I've taken out meat completely out of my diet and started eating plenty of raw vegetables and fruits, the only downside to this diet change is that my blood pressure was on the low side, the only way it came back to normal is if I eat something. Other than that, haven't experienced this type of Herx. Really didn't know or heard about it until I started doing research on taking monolaurin and that's the first time I heard about Herx cell die off.. I was curious of what was a cell die off and gotten my answer. Kind of scary though, seems like you don't have any control over your body. I don't know if this is a good or bad thing.
